Ghana’s Black Stars arrived at the team base camp on the town of Bongoville near Franceville on Monday to start preparations for their Semi final clash against Cameroon.
The team, who have qualified for their sixth straight Afcon semifinals, immediately embarked in training later in the evening under the supervision of coach Avram Grant in a recovery training session before taking another one hour for intensive training.
Injured skipper Asamoah Gyan focused on his fitness training under the guidance of one of the coaches.
Asamoah continues his recovery after the injury he suffered in the match against Egypt in Port Gentil which they lost 1-0.
Ghana play Cameroon in the second semifinal on Thursday in Franceville.
Christian Atsu and Frank Acheampong posted a video on Facebook before their departure.
