Al Jazira forward, Ernest Asante says its a dream come true after he was named in Ghana’s squad for the final AFCON qualifier.
Ghana will host the Harambee Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium and the former Feyenoord forward has been named in Kwesi Appiah 24 man squad.
Speaking to Sportsworldghana.com, the UAE based tormentor said, “Of course my call-up into the Black Stars team is a dream come true.
“Some people even believe this should have happened long time ago including you interviewing me but I think it has happened at the time God wants.”
Asante joined the United Arab Emirates side from FC Nordsjælland in the 2018 Summer transfer.
The 31-year old winger who continuously made dominated headlines while playing Norwegian side Stabæk has netted 5 goals in 15 caps this season for Al Jazira UAE Arabian Gulf League.
