CAF Confederation Cup: Nsoatreman out of tournament after defeat in Algeria

MTN FA Cup champions Nsoatreman have been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup after a 1-0 defeat to Algerian side Constantine.

Zakaria Benchaa's goal in the second leg sealed Constantine’s spot in the group stage.

Nsoatreman had hoped to overturn a 2-0 first-leg loss from Accra but fell short again in Algeria, ending their continental campaign.

The team had aimed to replicate the success of Dreams FC, who reached the semi-finals last season.
