The funeral of late sports journalist Christopher Opoku is scheduled for today, July 14 at the poolside of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), after which he will be taken to his hometown, Domeabra, for burial.
Family and sympathisers are expected to reconvene at the poolside after the burial for final funeral rites.
Mr Opoku died in a London hospital on May 10 after an illness. He was Administrative Manager for the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) and was survived by his wife and three children.
