Ghana's Clifford Aboagye narrowly escaped an injury after being involved in a car accident in Mexico on Sunday night.
Reports say the Ghana youth international was riding on Paseo de la República just at kilometer 10, at the Park Industrial Jurica, in the direction of Querétaro.
The Gallos de Queretaro midfielder stopped his vehicle to look for his wallet, when he was hit by a Volkswagen pick-up truck on the back of his car.
Medics quickly rushed to the scene but ruled out any serious injuries so it was not necessary to transfer anybody to the hospital.
Aboagye was not hurt but the driver of the pick-up truck suffered minor injuries.
