Aduana Stars striker Yahaya Mohammed has pleaded with the Ghana Football Association to consider the investment clubs have made before making a decision on the future of the Ghana Premier League.
The GFA is yet to decide on the future of Ghana football season despite the 5th May deadline which was given by CAF.
In an interview with Happy FM, Yahaya took the opportunity to ask the association to make a decision that will help Ghana football.
“They have to take a decision which will help Ghana football, not on any interest of a club."
“If we don’t take a decision in the interest of Ghana football it will have ripple effects. We should consider the investments these clubs have made. If there will be a compensation, then that’s fine”, he added.
