Division One League side Samartex FC have announced the signing of striker Richard Kumi.
GHANASoccernet.com understands Kumi penned a three-year contract with the Timber Giants.
Kumi featured for Star Madrid last season in the second-tier league and scored ten goals in 15 matches.
Samartex have already unveiled a marquee signing in coach Kobina Amissah, who is a promotion expert after qualifying four clubs including last season’s feat with Gold Stars.
They have also hired experienced administrator Edmund Ackah as administrator.
Samartex finished third on the table in Zone II last season.
