Dreams FC have officially submitted an offer for the services of striker Richard Arthur from Asante Kotoko SC, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.
The Still Believe side aim at strengthening their attack for the second round of the Ghana Premier League and have settled on signing on the former St. George striker.
Details of the offer remain unknown but a close source has said the Porcupine Warriors will accept the bid.
Arthur has struggled to get enough game time at Asante Kotoko this season.
And with the arrival of new striker Kwame Opoku, the 26-year-old is deemed surplus to Maxwell Konadu's team.
Arthur was a member of the Wa All Stars team that won the Ghana Premier League in 2016.
Arthur was linked with a loan move to Karela United this transfer period but Dreams FC are keen on stealing a march on the Aiyinase based side to land the striker.
The former GD Interclube star has only scored twice in all competitions this season for the Porcupine Warriors.
