Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, has urged for patience in his efforts to rebuild Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team during his second tenure.
Following a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Central African Republic (CAR) at Kumasi's Baba Yara Stadium, Addo emphasized the need for time to develop the team.
Jordan Ayew and CAR's Louis Mafouta each scored hat tricks, while Abdul Fatawu Issahaku also scored for Ghana. Despite the win, fans were critical of the team’s defensive errors, which led to two first-half goals.
Addo stressed that consistent second-half performances could lead to more victories. Ghana now tops Group I with nine points.
