The Normalization Committee have proposed two terms of office for the new Ghana Football Association President subject to approval by the congress.
The proposal was revealed by member of the Normalization Committee Naa Odofoley Nortey at the GFA Extraordinary Congress which is currently ongoing at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ridge, Accra.
Originally, there was no specific term limits for the Presidency, but the new proposals presented by the NC, which is subject to Congress approval will see elected President spend two terms of four years, whether consecutively or otherwise the president cannot stand again.
Congress will take decision on the proposal later in the day.
