Linford Asamoah Boateng has picked up one of the two available slots allocated to RFA on the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council.
The Eastern Region FA boss polled 4 votes to win the elections which was held at the GFA Secretariat on Thursday.
While Robert Duncan and Salifu Zida (3 votes each) couldn’t break the tie in their poll after three voting attempts.
Therefore, another election will be held on Friday 25th October in accordance with Article 30.8 of the GFA Statutes to determine who wins the final slot.
