Former Black Stars coach Herbert Addo believes the Ghana FA has already settled on the next national team coach.
The veteran says the directive asking interested coaches to apply for the job is a facade.
''They have already decided who to give the job to, it has already been decided,'' the former Hearts of Oak and Inter Allies coach told Starr FM.
''Asking coaches to send their applications is just a formality but I will like a local coach to handle the Black Stars.
''We have competent coaches to handle the Black Stars, but they need to be confident and be willing to take up the position.''
