Ghanaian defender David Oduro made his first appearance for Barcelona B during their 1-1 draw with Real Sociedad in Spain's third-tier league on Wednesday night. He substituted for Alexis Olmedo at the start of the second half at Estadi Johan Cruyff.

This match was his debut after transferring from Accra Lions in the Ghana Premier League.
At just 18 years old, he had to wait nearly two months for his debut due to work permit issues in Spain. Oduro signed a three-year deal with Barcelona B and had previously participated in first-team training in September.
Following his encouraging debut, he aims to secure a starting position when Barcelona B faces Lugo this weekend.
