Ghana skipper Asamoah Gyan says the team is inspired to get a win against Cameroon whom they meet in the semifinal on Thursday in Franceville.
Gyan also spoke about his injury recovery saying he was feeling much better and would train on Wednesday.
"The team is motivated and what we want is a win against Cameroon who have been playing as a unit and we all know many people thought Senegal would beat them but they proved a hard nut to crack."
"It doesn't really matter how we play as long as we get that win because we feel it's time we make our fans happy by going all the way in the tournament that's our main focus "Gyan said.
On his injury, the star player who has so far scored a goal in the tournament, was very optimistic he would play against Cameroon.
"I trained with the team and I am feeling much better and ready. I will train again on (Wednesday ) then declare myself fit for the game and the medical team will also be giving their verdict but as it stands I feel good and ready to help my country.”
