Ghana's Hans Nunoo Sarpei is set to be given a second chance at VfB Stuttgart after being deemed surplus to requirement at the start of the season.
The 20-year-old has returned to the spotlight of coach Tayfun Korkut through strong performances. He was one of the bright spots for the Swabians in their 2-0 defeat to RB Leipzig.
He joined the German Bundesliga side two seasons ago from Liberty Professionals.
The Ghanaian was shipped out to FK Senica on a season-long loan from prior to the start of last season.
Sarpei went on to enjoy a hugely successful period with the side, making 20 appearances though they failed to maintain their top-flight league status.
