Accra Hearts of Oak thrashed lower-tier side Adabraka Wielders FC 3-0 in a pre-season friendly as they intensity preparation ahead of the CAF Champions League campaign.
A brace from striker Isaac Mensah and a goal from defender Larry Sumaila saw the Phobians cruise to a comfortable victory at the Legon campus park.
The encounter is one of their first three pre-season friendlies lined up before taking on CI Kamsar in the CAF inter-club competition.
Accra Hearts of Oak will face Kamsar on September 10 at the 'September 28 Sports Stadium' in Conakry before hosting the Guinean side on September 19 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The winner after the tie will face Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club for a place in the group stage of the competition.
