Ex-Hearts of Oak defender Joe Addo believes consistency in the club's coaching department can revive the Phobians.
Addo knows the cause of their downward spiral after having worked as an administrator at the club between 2014-2016.
The Phobians have sacked 19 coaches in ten years.
Addo, a former Corporate Affairs and Marketing Manager and also Chief Scout, thinks having a coach on a long-term contract could end their trophy drought.
"The main thing we lack at Hearts of Oak is consistency. I think we should pick one coach, give him the power to go ahead for a long time," the ex-Ghana international said on Joy FM.
"If we change our policies every now and then, it will not help us."
