Kwame Baah has rejected claims that he used black magic (juju) to take over Felix Annan's position as the first-choice goalkeeper of Asante Kotoko, insisting his hard work earned him the spot.
The Ghana U-23 shot-stopper has relegated Felix Annan, who has been the team's number one goalkeeper since 2016 to the bench.
Annan started the season as the first-choice goalkeeper but hasn't been in post since taking time off to tie the knot with his girlfriend after match week four of the Ghana Premier League.
“Some fans said a whole lot of things but, they have come to the understanding that it is all about hard work and determination, not juju.”, Kwame Baah told Asempa FM.
In 10 appearances, Baah has kept 6 clean sheets and conceded four goals.
