Asante Kotoko captain Felix Annan has said he does not regret the decision he took to marry his long time girlfriend mid-way in the season which cost him his number one position.
Felix Annan after the wedding ceremony was relegated to the bench and missed the crucial encounter against arch-rivals Hearts of Oak on match day six of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
The former WAFA goalkeeper was replaced by Kwame Baah who kept the post till the league was suspended in March due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking in an interview on New Day TV, he said ,“I won’t regret today or tomorrow for my wedding. I arranged for my wedding before even the start of the league.
"I have a good relationship with Maxwell Konadu and Kwame Baah.”
Felix missed the Black Stars call ups for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers as a result of losing his number one position at the club.
