Former Ghana striker Baba Adamu Armando is optimistic that the Black Stars will win the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
Armando who visited the team’s camp in Dubai on Sunday reiterated that he sees good things ahead and nothing can stop Ghana from winning the AFCON for the fifth time in Egypt.
“God always bless people in difficult times. This is difficult time but this is also the time the cup will come to Ghana. I “Armando,” I can bet my heart on it.” Armando told footballmadeinghana.com
“After 2006, and the trauma I went through this is the first time I have visited the Black Stars camp and I went there with pure heart to give the team my blessing. The team will bring the cup to Ghana. My blessings will not go waste. I am talking from deep-down my heart”
Armando currently works as the Director of Football for one of the lower-tier teams in Dubai.
