Inkoom tastes defeat on Antalyaspor debut

Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom suffered a 2-1 defeat on his debut for Antalyaspor against Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday.

The 26-year-old was introduced in the 64th minute but could not help the side avoid defeat at home.

Edin Visca opened the scoring for visitors in the 19th minute before Samuel Eto Fils provided an assist for Mbilla Etame to pull parity.

But Mehmet Batdal secured the vital points for Basaksehir he grabbed what proved to be the match-winner in the 53rd minute.

Inkoom joined the Turkish side after a six month spell at Portuguese side Boavista.
