Asante Kotoko wonder kid kid Matthew Anim Cudjoe has donated GH¢ 1,000 (50% of his winning bonus against Hearts of Oak) to injured fan Augustine Oppong.
The fan who was shot in the eye by a police officer, who pulled the trigger to disperse violent fans after the club’s defeat to Berekum Chelsea two weeks ago in Kumasi has been discharged from the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and currently recovering.
Cudjoe donated GH¢ 1,000 (50% of his winning bonus against Hearts of Oak) to the injured fan as a sign of generosity.
He was introduced in the 68th minute and brought a penalty which was nicely converted by Naby Keita to hand Porcupine Warriors a valuable win over their rivals.
