Award-winning dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, also known as Shatta Wale met with the newly elected president of the Ghana Football Association GFA, Mr Kurt Okraku today for a meeting.
The meeting was to discuss how to empower the youth and get Ghanaians to fall in love with national football again after a tumultuous time following the damning revelations in the number 12 expose.
Mr Kurt Okraku is beginning what most see as an uphill battle to revive Ghana football after the apparent apathetic posture of Ghanaians towards the national team after years of corruption and little success in competitions.
Shatta Wale who shared pictures of the meeting on his Instagram page wrote: “It’s a dawn of a new beginning for Ghana football! I had a great time with the newly elected GFA President, Kurt E.S Okraku, discussing how to empower the youth and move Ghana football to the next level!”
