Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has expressed delight in Inter Milan's progress in the Coppa Italia.
The Nerazurri's defeated Kevin Prince Boateng's Fiorentina 2-1 at the San Siro to reach the semi-finals of the Cup competition on Wednesday night.
Antonio Candreva and Nicolo Barella got the goals for Inter with Martin Caceres scoring for Fiorentina.
"Let's go to the semifinal! Let's go," he posted on Twitter after the game.
Asamoah is yet to make a return from injury after picking a knock against Brescia in October, 2019.
The Ghana international is reportedly on the verge of leaving the club after the arrival of wing backs Ashley Young and Victor Moses.
The 30-year old's injury problems could be a major factor in his decision to leave the club.
