Forward Majeed Waris will undergo medicals today to complete his loan switch to French side Strasbourg.
The 28-year old forward is joining the Ligue 1 side on loan from Portuguese giants FC Porto, with an obligation to make the move a permanent for €2m.
However what could scupper the deal is the the number of intermediaries trying to do last minute meddling in the agreement.
Last summer, Waris was expected to join Spanish side Leganes, but deal to collapse because of similar intermediary troubles.
He has previously played for Ligue 1 sides Valenciennes, Lorient and Nantes
