Malik Akowuah set for Hearts

Footy-Ghana.com can confirm that Ashanti Gold midfielder Malik Akowuah is on a verge of joining Accra Hearts of Oak in the next few days.

Akowuah who has refused to extend his contract with Ashanti Gold has been on the radar of many local clubs, but it is likely he will join the Phobians before the commencement of the 2012/2013 season.

The 22 year old who is still nursing an injury is expected to add more quality to Coach C.K Akunnor’s side next season.
