Matthew Amoah’s son signs first professional contract with Feyenoord

Matthew Jr Amoah, son of former Ghana International Matthew Amoah, has signed his first professional contract with Feyenoord until 2027.

The 15-year-old impressed at the club’s youth levels, joining the Dutch side in 2018 from NAC Breda. "I am very proud to have signed my first contract with Feyenoord," he said. "Next season I want to take the next step in my development and I hope to be important for my team again by giving assists and scoring goals."

Matthew Jr will feature in the Dutch top-flight next season as Feyenoord aims to win the title from PSV.
