Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, Kurt E.S Okraku has penned a message to Muslims in the country as they celebrate the Eid-ul-Fitr.
The Muslims commenced observing the holy month on April 23 and ended the dawn to dusk fasting yesterday. As the celebrations begin today, season messages have been pouring in since morning.
Ghana FA boss Kurt Okraku has joined in with a message of his own as he asks for guidance and protection amongst other things for Muslims in the country.
“May Allah guide and protect you. May Allah grant you grace and the desires of your heart”, the president of the country's football governing body said in a post on the Twitter page of the body.
On the part of the whole association, they have shared, “Eid Mubarak to our Muslim footballers, officials, fans and to all Muslims across the world!
“On this day all may Allah accept our prayers, sacrifices, and good deeds, and may he grant us peace, happiness, and prosperity".
