Communications Director of Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has said that former players who deliberately left the club at the time they needed them most will not be allowed back to relaunch their career.
The rainbow boys is reported to have said that they would not give their platform to former players to relaunch their career.
However, the clubs spokesperson in an interview put the icing on the cake that they will only accept ex-footballers of the club to relaunch their career through a thorough assessment and under terms that are mutually beneficial.
“Players who deliberately left the club will not be accepted back into the team. Some of the players left while we wanted to extend their contracts and everybody knows the pain it brought to the club”
“If you are a former player of the club and you are back from abroad it doesn’t necessary mean we should take you back to the team just like that. It should be done on merit” he lamented.
