The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has apologized to the people of Ghana for the Black Stars’ failure to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The GFA acknowledges the disappointment caused and shares in the fans' frustration.
They expressed gratitude for the support throughout the qualifying campaign. In response, the Executive Council has dissolved the Black Stars’ Management Committee and will meet with Head Coach Otto Addo on November 27, 2024, to review the team's performance.
Additionally, a Ghana Football Retreat will be held on November 28, 2024, at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence to gather feedback from various stakeholders to improve the national teams’ performance in the future.
