“The Premier League Management Committee wishes to commend match officials for good performance, professionalism and applying the laws of the game to the latter during matchday 5 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League,” the statement said.
While commending the referees, the PLMC also urged them to continue to uphold the tenets of refereeing in upcoming games, starting from match week 6, which kicks off today.
“We hope the match officials would not rest on their oars, but continue to maintain higher standards in subsequent matches from match week 6 to repose confidence amongst all stakeholders,” the statement added.
