Ghana international striker Prince Tagoe has joined German Bundesliga club Hoffenheim on a free transfer and a three-year contract.
The signing ceremony took place on Tuesday in Accra, and sees Tagoe moving from Saudi Arabian club Al-Ettifaq.
Tagoe played in Ghana's 2-0 defeat of Mali in a 2010 World Cup qualifier on Sunday.
Hoffenheim had four Africans on their books for the 2008/9 season - Nigerian Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke, Senegal's Demba Ba, Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah, and Ivorian Boubacar Sanogo.
They finished seventh in the Bundesliga.
