The GFA Executive Committee has approved the Match Review Panel's recommendation to indefinitely suspend referee Prince Amoah in respect of the Ghana Premier League match between Hearts of Oak and Aduana Stars.
After reviewing the match, the Review Committee found that referee Amoah deliberately overlooked a reckless tackle on a Hearts of Oak player, Thomas Abbey in the 87th minute of the match.
His defence before the Committee was unsuccessful and the GFA Executive Committee has approved the decision to suspend the referee
The suspension takes effect from 27th October, 2017.
