Stephen Leroy Appiah has been named by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) as the Team Manager for the Black Stars.
The former Ghanaian international player for the first time will be serving as a technical member of the team after retiring from football.
The former Juventus star made history after becoming the first captain to qualify the Black Stars to a FIFA World Cup when he led the team to the 2006 edition of the competition in Germany.
Meanwhile, the former Black Stars goalie Richard Olele Kingston will also be Goalkeepers trainer.
Ibrahim Tanko and Maxwell Konadu are Assistant Coaches.
Kwesi Appiah whose appointment as the Black Stars coach has been confirmed has requested for a physical instructor.
Mr Kwesi Appiah succeeds Avram Grant.
