Suspended coach Frank Nuttal is alleged to have negatively influenced Hearts of Oak players against renewing their contracts with the promise of securing them deals abroad.
The Scotsman is being fingered for the exits of Thomas Abbey, Vincent Atingah, Kwame Kizito and Leonard Tawiah.
Defender Robin Gnagne is said to have left the club to seek a deal abroad.
Also, it has been alleged that he advised some of the players abandon their agents to sign for NM Football Consultancy owned by his fellow countryman Neil Murray.
