Thomas Partey has expressed his delight after completing a double swoop of awards at the 2019 Ghana Football awards night on Sunday at the Marriott hotel in Accra.
The Atlético Madrid midfielder was adjudged the 2019 Footballer of the Year award for the second successive year.
He was also named the Foreign-based Footballer of the Year which recognised the exploits of Ghanaian footballers plying their trade abroad.
The 26 year old took to his social media page to thank the organizers and all the fans who voted for the recognition.
The Ghana Football awards is an annual award ceremony that recognizes people for their diverse roles towards the development of sports in the country
