Waris happy at Lorient despite failed move

Ghana striker Abdul Majeed Waris has returned to the Lorient workforce in style.

The 26-year-old has scored once in four matches for the French Lique 2 side.

The Ghana international appears to be enjoying his stay with the side ahead of a potential move away from the club in January.

Waris was left disappointed with the Ligue 1 outfit's stance in the transfer window when they refused to sanction a move to Premier League side Burnley after receiving a £9million bid.
