Works have finally begun on Accra Hearts of Oak's Pobiman Academy Project with K.A Estates Constructions Company Limited following through with their contract with the Ghana Premier League giants.
On June 26, 2020, the Phobians signed an agreement with the local construction firm for them to start the early works on the project.
After initial works which are expected to take 3 months to complete, a Turkish firm, Prefabex Yapi Teknolojiller San Ve Tic Limited will take over to complete works on the project, ensuring that the dream of the club to have an ultramodern sporting facility becomes a reality.
Today, the first step in the construction of the Pobiman Academy has been witnessed.
After 12 months, Accra Hearts of Oak should boast of a facility that has a staff residence, senior housing unit, gym, training centers, laundry, swimming pool, lockers, toilet facilities, kitchen, as well as a dining hall.
