Ghanaian youngster Yaw Yeboah is set to join Portuguese side FC Porto on loan in June.
According to reports in Portugal, Porto have contacted representatives of the 19-year old over a possible move.
Yaw Yeboah is currently playing for Eredivisie side FC Twente, on loan from Premier League club Manchester City.
Yeboah has made 19 league appearances for Twente this season adding two goals to name during that time.
