The Central Cafeteria at the University of Ghana campus is set to host a unique concert on Saturday, February 25. The concert, dubbed "From Me To You" is being organised by TESCON, a political grouping in tertiary institutions.

On the bill are a choice selection of artistes who represent a whole range of musical types in Ghana. From the solid highlife school comes Abrantee Amakye Dede, whose music and on-stage live performances have remained evergreen. Sharing the highlife presence will also be another evergreen, Paapa Yankson.

Traditional music will be represented by Wulomei who have recently been earning themselves lots of admiration through their performances. Staying with a performance style that was developed by Nii Tei Ashitey many years ago, the new crop of musicians, including three splendid women dancers continue to be thrillers.

The hiplife fraternity is expected to strike gold with Ofori Amponsah, Kofi Nti and 4x4 who are all well recognized as riding on the crest of popularity. Ras Tonte will be the sole artiste to hold the reggae flag and to top it all will be Slim Busterr and his dancers.

The "From Me To you" concert is being sponsored by Wapco and Panpoly Ltd.
