The High Court in Accra has directed National Security to investigate the source of audio recordings of court proceedings from June 13, which were shared on social media.
The directive came during the cross-examination by the Attorney General. The court cautioned that if the leak continues, it may conduct proceedings in-camera.
The audio recording was previously admitted as evidence in the ongoing ambulance case, with the defense arguing it's crucial to the charges of causing financial loss to the state.
The investigation aims to identify the source of the leak and prevent future breaches of court proceedings.
