Choosing Napo might have been very painful for Bawumia – Ricketts-Hagan

Cape Coast South MP, George Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, believes that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's decision to choose Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, known as Napo, as his running mate must have been challenging.

Ricketts-Hagan thinks the choice was influenced by the need to secure support from the Ashanti Region for the upcoming elections.

He acknowledges Napo's intellectual capabilities but notes that his conduct can come across as arrogant, suggesting that this could be problematic for his public image.

Despite his observations, Ricketts-Hagan made it clear that he does not wish the NPP success in the 2024 elections.
