Mercy Araba Ahema Quarshie, sister of the late President John Evans Atta Mills, has condemned Koku Anyidoho, the dismissed deputy general secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), for altering the former president’s grave without the family’s permission.
At the 12th-anniversary memorial service, Quarshie criticized Anyidoho's actions as disrespectful and unacceptable, emphasizing the family’s need for consultation.
She also accused Anyidoho of bringing imposters to the memorial service, claiming to be relatives of Atta Mills.
Quarshie highlighted a particularly disturbing incident involving an elderly woman falsely claiming to be Atta Mills’ mother, further criticizing Anyidoho's actions.
