The family of late President John Evans Atta Mills plans to seek an injunction against Koku Anyidoho, CEO of the Atta Mills Institute, for using the former President’s name, accusing him of causing disrepute.

This follows an incident at a wreath-laying ceremony marking 12 years since Mills’ passing, where Anyidoho allegedly interfered with Mills’ grave and brought a “rented family.”

The family criticized Anyidoho’s unauthorized actions and stressed their frustration.

MP Nii Lante Vanderpuye blamed state authorities for allowing Anyidoho's activities, emphasizing that official memorials have always been a collaboration between the family and the NDC.
