Adina teams up with Kalybos in her first movie role
Sensational songstress Adina Thembi has landed her first movie role as she teams up with comedian Kalybos in a new film tited ‘A New Flame’.
Read full article The film written and directed by Eric Tabi tells the story of Efua, a young woman suffering from Leukaemia but bent of seeing her music career take off much to the disapproval of her father.
The silky voiced musician plays the role of a university student by name Efua who wants nothing more than to follow her passion of singing with her friend Naa.
Unfortunately her father is strongly against her dream because she has been diagnosed of Leukemia. She finally lands a record deal but there are conditions and she has to overcome her biggest obstacle which is her father.
Adina’s versatility is brought to bear as she combines acting and her singing to produce this masterclass movie.
This could probably be the beginning of a new side of Adina that her fans are yet to see and love.
