THE CIRCUIT Court in Accra presided over by Her Honour Afia Agbanu Kumador has upheld a submission of no case filed by lawyers of Sarah Kwablah and three others against Asamoah Gyan, the Black stars captain.
The Black Stars Captain dragged the four to court for conspiracy and extortion after Ms Kwablah had alleged he raped her.
But in court today, the court said the prosecution had not been able to prove that a prima facie case has been established against the accused persons.
Ms Kwablah had been sued together with Osarfo Anthony, Chris Handler and Ekow Micah and were arrested, charged with conspiracy to extort money and arraigned before court.
