The organizers of WatsUp TV 68th Legon Hall Artiste Night have announced the cancellation of the event which was to be held tonight.
A statement copied to Zionfelix.net said the decision was taken following the confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ghana by the Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyemang Manu on Thursday.
“We are deeply sorry to announce the cancellation of tonight’s WatsUp TV 68th Legon Hall Artiste Night. This is due to the statement and plans put together by the management of the University of Ghana to curb the spread of the Corona Virus.
“The Bike and Car Show, Horse Rides and the VR Games scheduled to take place before the concert are also canceled. We will keep you updated on future plans,” the statement read.
Many Ghanaians are alarmed after two confirmed cases of the global pandemic, COVID-19 was announced in the country.
