Ghanaian singer Mr. Drew known in real life as christened Andrew Otoo has disclosed that the Coronavirus pandemic has made him lose out on a lot of money.
According to him, his team has had to cancel so many shows after the virus hit the world.
The musician noted that organizers of these events had already made payments to his team before the country recorded it's first case of Coronavirus in March.
In an interview with Happy 98.9 FM’s DJ Advicer on the ‘Ayekoo After Drive,’ the musician said, “we’ve had to return some cheques the team received from some event organizers because the shows were canceled when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.”
The ‘Dw3’ hitmaker acknowledged that a lot of musicians are feeling the pain from the virus. “We’re all making losses at the moment. “
He also advised Ghanaians to take care of their health and exercise more as the world suffers the pandemic.
On the same show, Mr. Drew premiered his new song titled ‘Eat’ which features Stonebwoy.
