Ghanaian actress Emelia Brobbey has filed a defamation complaint against fellow actor Frank Naro over rumors suggesting a sexual relationship between them.

Viral videos implied Naro had disclosed this to an associate.

Emelia reported Naro to Kumasi Central Station, where his statement was taken.

Naro denied the claims, asserting he only shares a professional bond with Emelia, whom he views as a sister.

He blamed his associate for spreading the rumors and filed a police report against them.

Naro initially ignored the rumors but, following advice from industry peers, chose to clarify publicly.

He later had a private conversation with Emelia to seek a resolution.
