Exclusive events, organisers of the Miss Ghana pageant has said it will sue former beauty queens for accusing them for sexual abuse.
Some old queens some months ago made several startling revelations about the treatment meted out to them by the organisers of the Miss Ghana pageant.
Some alleged that they were pimped in order to win sponsorship deals to help push the agenda of Miss Ghana Foundation.
But speaking to the media after the launch of the 2018 edition of the pageant, Inna Patty who is the Chief Executive Officer of the pageant indicated that the legal team is currently taking action against the beauty queens for the allegations they made.
She indicated that some of them have received their writs whiles others are yet to be served their writs in so they could prove in the court of law where and when Exclusive Events abused them sexually.
“Whoever alleges must prove. The queens have said we sent them out to big men for sexual favors; before they sponsor. So we would be more than happy, prove to us, bring the list. We would be happy to join you to the right security agents to let the right thing be done. Until then, our hands are tied. Nonetheless, based on those allegations, we have taken a legal action and it’s in process.”
